The Heart Cut, founded by whisky power couple Gerogie and Fabrizio, are one of the most exciting independent bottlers on the scene right now. Not only do they bottle single casks from amazing craft distilleries, they’re also making delicious blends based on consumer feedback and flavour profiles (meaning exactly what you want in a dram!).
Join Georgie as she takes us on a journey through some of their English releases and blends (As well as maybe a few non-English surprises in the mix). A consummate storyteller, Georgie knows the whisky industry inside out and her knoweldge, passion and flair make for a delicious and delightful evening for all.
